IAMC POLICY ON PERSONAL GUEST REGISTRATIONS:
Personal guest registration may not be used by co-workers or industry peers.

Personal guests employed in real estate industry wanting to accompany their spouse/significant other to a Forum will only be allowed to attend the receptions and banquet functions at the personal guest registration fee. The spouse/significant other is welcome to register for one Forum as a non-member.

IAMC REGISTRATION FEE REFUND POLICY
If a registrant cannot attend the conference for personal or work reasons, refund request must be made in writing to marlene.fish@iamc.org by August 9, 2024 to receive a refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after August 9, 2024. However, you are able to: 1) Transfer your registration to another member of your organization if you are unable to attend the meeting; 2) After August 9th, a credit for the amount of your registration (less a $100 cancellation fee) will be issued - to be used for registration for the Spring 2025 Forum (only carried forward to the very next Forum).

*Limit of two (2) attendees from each Associate member organization.

NOTE: Non-member Associate types may register/attend forums at the non-member rate only once. After registering/attending one Forum at the non-member rate, you will be required to join to attend future Forums.

There are a limited number of registrations available for non-member service providers or economic developers. These will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
